Day 1: Welcome to Muscat

Arrive in Muscat and meet your local representative at the airport. Transfer to your hotel and relax after your journey. Depending on arrival time, enjoy a relaxed evening exploring the surrounding area or the Muscat waterfront.

Day 2: Muscat – Culture & Coastal Charm

After breakfast, explore Muscat’s highlights including the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, Mutrah Corniche, Mutrah Souq, Al Alam Palace and the old Muscat area. Enjoy the city’s unique blend of traditional Omani architecture and modern elegance before returning to the hotel.

Day 3: Muscat → Nakhal → Jebel Shams

After breakfast, begin your journey into Oman’s spectacular mountain landscapes. Visit Nakhal Fort and continue towards the Hajar Mountains. Explore Al Hamra and the charming Misfat Al Abriyeen village before reaching Jebel Shams, home to dramatic mountain scenery and the famous Grand Canyon of Oman.

Day 4: Jebel Shams → Nizwa

Enjoy the mountain views before travelling towards historic Nizwa. Explore Nizwa Fort and Nizwa Souq, followed by Birkat Al Mouz, with its traditional falaj irrigation system and date plantations. Continue to your Nizwa hotel for a relaxed evening.

Day 5: Nizwa → Wadi Bani Khalid → Wahiba Sands

Today brings the ultimate Arabian adventure. Travel towards Wadi Bani Khalid, an oasis surrounded by rugged mountains and renowned for its beautiful pools. Continue towards the golden dunes of Wahiba Sands, where the landscape transforms dramatically. Enjoy a 4WD desert experience, sunset over the dunes and traditional Bedouin-style hospitality at your desert camp.

Day 6: Wahiba Sands → Wadi Shab → Bimmah Sinkhole → Muscat

After breakfast, leave the desert behind and follow Oman’s spectacular coastal route. Visit Wadi Shab, known for its striking canyon landscape and clear pools, followed by a photo stop at Bimmah Sinkhole. Continue towards Muscat and enjoy a relaxed final evening.

Day 7: Farewell Oman

Enjoy breakfast and some free time depending on your flight schedule. Check out and transfer to Muscat International Airport for your onward journey, carrying unforgettable memories of Oman’s mountains, desert and coastline.
